- Realistic options that recognize SAWS obligation to it's rate payer and bond holders
- Long term responsibilities to the Historic and Archaeological sites/structures/artifacts (per original program agreements)

- Want land back (right of first refusal)
- Want neighbors back (i.e. former use of property)
- Preserve river bottom corridor - water quality, quantity)
- Return property to tax base
- No land profits by outsiders
- No degradation of air, water, and productive use of land

- Broad public use of any public land

Area Residents
